HI, I'M EMMA CHISHOLM

As a user-centred designer, I enjoy working on projects that feed into wider contexts to create a positive social impact. As part of my undergraduate degree in Product Design at The Glasgow School of Art, a large proportion of my work was focused on design within healthcare. After graduation, I decided to specialise in the field by studying the course Msc Design for Healthcare at The University of Dundee.

I am constantly fascinated by the way in which humans think and behave. Understanding my users through ethnographic methods is a key element of my work. Throughout my master's degree, I have developed skills to design and facilitate workshops and I enjoy finding creative ways to gather research.
